How do I interpret my images?

Simply upload one or more clear images using our secure upload feature, and our system will provide a preliminary interpretation within a few moments. For step-by-step instructions on getting started, see our Getting Started guide.

What types of images are supported?

We support common image formats such as JPG, PNG, and WebP. You can also upload PDFs, and most importantly, we natively support DICOM files.

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. The report is an AI-generated interpretation meant for educational purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

I got too many images, what should I do?

Start with 3–5 clear slices that best show the area of concern, ideally from different views (sagittal, axial, coronal). ⚡ If you have a DICOMDIR folder, our Auto Select feature can quickly pick a good starting set of images, which you can adjust before analysis. Learn more →

What is the free preview report and how does it work?

The free preview report gives you an initial analysis without using any credits. If your credit balance is zero, you can still request and view a preview before deciding whether to purchase the full report.

How many free previews can I request?

You can request unlimited free previews when your credit balance is zero. To prevent abuse, we limit requests to 5 per day.

What happens after I view a preview report?

After reviewing a preview, you can unlock the full analysis by purchasing it with credits. The preview stays available until you either unlock the full report or perform another action in your account.

Can I download or share the preview report?

No, previews can only be viewed in your account. Once you unlock the full report, you can have it sent to your email for easy sharing or saving.

Why does the full report look different from the preview?

The preview and full report for the same upload are always identical. However, if you re-upload the same image instead of unlocking the preview, a new interpretation may be generated, which could differ.

How does the credit system work?

We charge per image. One credit equals one image analysis. If you upload multiple images for a single report, each image requires one credit.

Do you offer discounts or referral rewards?

Yes. We offer credit bundles—buy more, save more. Our loyalty program rewards frequent users, and our referral program lets you earn credits by inviting friends. See our pricing page for details.

What if an image cannot be interpreted?

If an image cannot be interpreted, no credits are deducted. To cover system costs, however, three consecutive uploads of unclear or non-X-ray images will result in the deduction of one credit.

What should I do if my DICOM files can't load or Auto Select chooses the wrong images?

Since all processing happens locally on your computer, we cannot debug specific files or folders. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at [email protected].

Is my data secure?

Yes. All processing is done locally on your computer before upload. We only transmit the images you choose, and no patient information from DICOM files is uploaded. If needed, you can manage patient details securely in our patients system.

How fast is the analysis?

Most reports are generated in less than 20 seconds, depending on image size and server load.

Do I need to create an account to try it?

Yes. You’ll need a free account to securely manage your reports, credits, and patients.

Can I use this on mobile or tablet?

Yes. Our interpreter works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. For best results with DICOM files, we recommend using a desktop.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. You can use them anytime as long as your account is active.

Which languages are supported for reports?

Reports are available in English by default, with translations available in multiple languages.

Can I delete my images and reports?

Yes. You can permanently delete any uploaded images and reports from your account at any time.
