By accessing or using X-ray Interpreter ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use X-ray Interpreter.

2. User Accounts

Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date.

3. Using X-ray Interpreter

Medical Disclaimer: The interpretations provided by X-ray Interpreter are based on automated algorithms and should not be used as a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds:
- Payments: We use LemonSqueezy as payment system to provide you with a secure and seamless transaction experience. LemonSqueezy ensures the protection of your financial data with advanced encryption and security standards.
- Credit System: Credits purchased can be used to obtain AI-powered interpretations of X-ray images. One credit entitles you to one interpretation.
- Credit Deduction: Credits are only deducted upon the successful completion of an interpretation. In cases where the interpretation cannot be provided due to image clarity or other valid reasons, credits will not be deducted. However, to manage resource expenditure, submitting three consecutive unclear or non-X-ray images will result in the deduction of one credit.
- Refund Policy: All payments made for credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This is because initiating an interpretation incurs immediate computational costs. Nonetheless, we are committed to fairness and customer satisfaction. If you believe there has been a mistake in the deduction of credits, please reach out to our support team. We will review the matter and may grant credits where appropriate.

4. Free Tools

As-Is Basis: Our free tools are provided "as is" without any warranties. You use them at your own risk.

5. General Use License & Prohibited Conduct

Use License: Permission is granted for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing of our materials. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not modify, copy, or use the materials for any commercial purpose, remove any copyright notations, or "mirror" the materials on another server.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use X-ray Interpreter to:
- Engage in any illegal activity.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or collect data from our platform in an unauthorized manner.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious software.
- Impersonate any person or entity.

6. General Legal Provisions

Privacy Policy: Your use of X-ray Interpreter is also governed by its Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall X-ray Interpreter or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if X-ray Interpreter or an authorized representative has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
