I scheduled my MRI for January 15, 2026, but on the day of my appointment, January 24, I drove 46 minutes ( one way) to Bright Imaging in Bedford, arriving at 2:40 PM for my 3:00 PM appointment. When I arrived, there were no other patients, and four front desk staff were openly chatting and laughing about personal matters. After checking in and changing, I waited until 3:50 PM before being told the MRI machine was down and could not be fixed. I received no apology and no effort to make things right. The only alternative offered was an 8:00 AM appointment the next day at another facility, no options, no flexibility, no consideration for the inconvenience. I left the office around 4:00 PM extremely frustrated. This level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable.
