Frequently asked questions

How do RadAIChat subscriptions work?

RadAIChat offers monthly or annual subscriptions with different limits for cases, images, and model comparisons. Each plan unlocks higher usage and additional features.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy with full PCI compliant security. We never store your credit card information.

Can I try RadAIChat for free?

Yes. The Free plan lets you run 2 total cases and experience automatic comparisons before upgrading.

Do image and model limits apply per case?

Yes. Each plan defines how many images you can upload per case and how many models you can include in each comparison.

Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

Yes. Annual plans include two months free compared to monthly billing.

What counts as a premium model case?

Some of the most powerful and expensive models are marked as premium. Any case that includes at least one premium model counts toward your monthly premium quota. See the models page for the current list of premium models.

What happens if I exceed my monthly case limit?

You can purchase additional credits at any time. After you reach the monthly quota included with your plan, RadAIChat automatically uses your prepaid credits to run extra cases. Credits cover additional standard cases and, if your plan supports premium models, they can also be used for premium cases.

Will unused monthly case limits roll over?

No. Monthly limits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, any credits you purchase never expire.

Can I cancel or change plans at any time?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel inside the app at any time. Changes take effect immediately and unused time is automatically prorated.

What is the refund policy?

Subscriptions and credits are non refundable, but we review all billing issues. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will investigate and issue credits or adjustments when appropriate.
