Frequently asked questions
RadAIChat offers monthly or annual subscriptions with different limits for cases, images, and model comparisons. Each plan unlocks higher usage and additional features.
Yes. Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy with full PCI compliant security. We never store your credit card information.
Yes. The Free plan lets you run 2 total cases and experience automatic comparisons before upgrading.
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. Each plan defines how many images you can upload per case and how many models you can include in each comparison.
Yes. Annual plans include two months free compared to monthly billing.
Some of the most powerful and expensive models are marked as premium. Any case that includes at least one premium model counts toward your monthly premium quota. See the models page for the current list of premium models.
You can purchase additional credits at any time. After you reach the monthly quota included with your plan, RadAIChat automatically uses your prepaid credits to run extra cases. Credits cover additional standard cases and, if your plan supports premium models, they can also be used for premium cases.

No. Monthly limits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, any credits you purchase never expire.
Yes. If you upgrade within the same billing cycle, we charge the difference immediately and unlock the new limits right away. If you downgrade within the same billing cycle, your current plan stays active until the end of the cycle and the lower plan starts on your renewal date. If you change between monthly and yearly billing, the new price is charged immediately and your billing date resets to the change date.
No. If you want a different renewal date, cancel your current subscription and subscribe again on the day you want your next cycle to start. The exception is switching between monthly and yearly billing, which creates a new billing date immediately.
Subscriptions and credits are non refundable, but we review all billing issues. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will investigate and issue credits or adjustments when appropriate.
