Abstract
Full-arch implant rehabilitation faces core challenges: insufficient impression accuracy, difficulty in precise jaw relation transfer, deviations between virtual planning and actual implant placement, inaccurate seating of immediate restorations, and poor passive fit of definitive prostheses. The digital-intelligent system centered on computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), intraoral scanning, cone beam CT, virtual patient modeling, and artificial intelligence is driving the transformation from an experience-driven to a data-driven precision medicine model, systematically improving impression accuracy, jaw relation transfer precision, implant positioning accuracy, and passive fit. This paper, combining clinical practice and literature evidence, elaborates the complete workflow and analyzes key issues and coping strategies, aiming to provide a reference for standardized clinical application.
